Diamant Microdermabrasion

Efficient scar treatment & skin renewal
Diamond microdermabrasion (MDA) is a basic technique used for skin rejuvenation and is the best way to prepare the skin for subsequent treatments. The skin’s uppermost horny layer is gently removed with a vacuum diamond polisher. At the same time, skin abrasion activates collagen-elastin synthesis, stimulates cell regeneration, and improves blood circulation and oxygen supply.
Results
The skin looks fresher, rosier and smoother. The skin texture is finer-pored and more even. Fine lines and wrinkles are softened, and impurities visibly reduced.

Frequently asked questions about diamond microdermabrasion
What happens during diamond microdermabrasion?
During diamand microdermabrasion MDA, a special vacuum handpiece is gently guided over your skin. Dead skin cells are gently removed. The removed cell material is sucked off using vacuum drainage, while the deeper skin layers are stimulated and encouraged to regenerate. The "fresh" skin surface is then intensively moisturized and penetrated with skin type-specific active ingredients. For example, a dehydrated, atrophic skin receives preparations made with highly concentrated hyaluronic acid; a skin prone to couperosis is supported by capillary-strengthening active ingredients; and in the case of skin suffering acne, we use sebum- and inflammation-regulating active ingredients. Finally, the treatment is rounded off with physiological skin care products tailored to the condition of your skin.
How long does a microdermabrasion treatment take?
The length of the treatment depends on the size of the treatment area. A treatment usually lasts between 45 and 60 minutes. For sensitive skin types that tend to redden, we recommend adding a 20-minute oxygen treatment for rapid skin regeneration.
How many microdermabrasion sessions are necessary for visible results?
Depending on your skin type, the regenerative ability of your skin, your age and any skin damage, regular skin abrasions are necessary. We recommend a series of 6 to 10 treatments. The first four treatments take place weekly, the remaining treatments are once a month.
How can I maximize and maintain the results?
You should plan to have a microdermabrasion at least once a month to keep your skin receptive, fresh and vital. Particularly sustainable results can be achieved with the addition of oxygen therapies. As with all aesthetic procedures, you’ll achieve longer-lasting results by following a healthy diet and lifestyle.
Are there any side effects with diamond microdermabrasion?
Immediately after treatment, the skin may be reddened, depending on the intensity of the treatment. This redness disappears within a short period of time. Customers who have their skin treated for skin impurities may experience initial worsening in skin condition over the following days. Since skin regeneration and renewal have been activated, impurities come to the surface in the course of treatment. The appearance of the skin will then improve enormously.
