Cellulite Treatment

Radio frequency energy for cellulite
Cellulite occurs due to the structure of female connective tissue. TriLipo™ radio frequency energy, combined with dynamic muscle activation, strengthens and thickens female tissue deep into the subcutis and thus makes the cellulite indentations disappear. Clinical studies have shown that improvements can last for several months.
Results
After just 6 weeks the connective tissue is visibly tightened, the skin smoother and the indentations significantly reduced. Tissue structure is noticeably denser, elasticity is improved, and the area of the treatment zone is reduced

The Pollogen Maximus – The state of the art cellulite treatment system
The Maximus medical device made by Pollogen is a world leader in the field of aesthetics. All four skin layers up to the subcutaneous fat tissue are treated, in order to achieve the best results.
The Maximus uses two separate technologies that complement each other for optimal results.
> Tripolar radio frequency energy reduces cellulite, tightens the skin, empties the fat cells and improves blood circulation and oxygen supply to the tissues
> Dynamic muscle activation (DMA), which is like electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), removes the released fat, detoxifies the fat cells, and activates the muscle connective tissues
The procedure is almost painless and without downtime from everyday life.
Impressive results are achieved for
> Treatment against cellulite
> Reduction of local fat pads, stretch marks and scar tissue
> Reduction in the circumference of the area

Frequently asked questions about cellulite treatment with radio frequency energy
What is the cause of cellulite?
Cellulite, or orange peel skin, unfortunately affects over 80% of women. The main causes are women’s more elastic connective tissues and their greater number of fat cells than men. The fat cells push through the more elastic connective tissue and become visible as indentations on the skin surface.
How do the cellulite treatments work?
Radio frequency energy warms the tissue and liquefies the fat in the fat cells. At the same time, the muscles are activated to release the "liquid fat" from the fat cells. The body’s metabolism converts the released fat into energy. In addition, the cells are purified, the metabolism improved, blood circulation is increased, and damaged tissues regenerated and healed. Unlike with cryolipolysis, the fat cells survive radio frequency treatment.
For whom is cellulite treatment suitable?
This treatment is highly efficient and also works against moderate cellulite up to stage 4, as well as on local fat deposits and to tighten sagging skin.
What happens during cellulite treatment?
After taking a medical history and setting up documentation, a heat conducting gel is applied to the treatment zone. A tripolar handpiece is used to send radio frequency energy in the form of deep heat to the deep skin layers. At the same time, the muscles are activated using electrical impulses (similar to EMS). During the treatment, the settings are constantly adjusted and the treatment temperature is controlled.
How long do the cellulite treatments take?
Depending on the area, treatments take between 20 and 90 minutes. A total of 6 to 10 treatments are necessary every 1 to 2 weeks. While the treatment lasts for approx. 6 to 10 weeks and is relatively short, the final results need a bit more time to appear, as tissue transformation in the skin is quite slow.
How can I positively influence the cellulite treatment?
An additional shockwave therapy will activate and intensify lymph drainage and improve the results by up to 30%. Drinking plenty of fluids (e.g. unsweetened tea and water) and taking exercise such as running, muscle training, or trampolining, will also promote circulation and activate the lymphatic system.
Are there any side effects with cellulite treatment?
The treatments are painless, very well tolerated, and without significant side effects. Minor side effects such as skin redness and tingling can occur during the treatment, but subside within a short time.
